CLEANER. Our primary carpet cleaning solution is carbonated so it can penetrate deep into your carpet’s fibers, and lift the dirt from deep within your carpets so it can be whisked away with our powerful extraction equipment.
HEALTHIER. We use a natural, green-certified cleaning solution that does not contain any harsh soaps or chemicals and is completely safe and non-toxic for your family and pets.
We offer superior carpet cleaning that delivers the following benefits to all clients:
- Minimal downtime. Our proprietary HCE process dries in just 1 to 2 hours, not 1 to 2 days.
- Our techniques allow us to lift the pile of your carpets and clean deep, revamping the overall appearance of the carpet fibers and complying with warranty-approved methods from the major carpet mills.
- Significant reduction of allergens and mold.
- Leaves no sticky or dirt-attracting residue.
- Our gentle agitation of your carpets is enough to clean deep with the microscopic carbonating bubbles but is still safe for the carpets.
- Green, eco-friendly cleaning with the Chem-Dry core cleaning solution, The Natural®.
Frequently Asked Questions About Our Carpet Cleaning
Should I vacuum before you arrive?
Yes, it is recommended that you vacuum your carpet before we come.
What is considered a room?
Our room sizes are based on 200 sq ft. If any of your rooms are over 200 sq ft, there may be an additional area charge. Hallways and stairs are considered to be separate from a room.
Should I move furniture?
Yes, we recommend moving any furniture you would want cleaned under before we arrive.
How does Chem-Dry compare to steam cleaning?
Traditional steam cleaning saturates your carpet with an excessive amount of water filled with soaps and detergents. This process leaves you with wet carpets for 1-2 days, which creates a breeding ground for mold, mildew and harmful bacteria. Plus the soapy residue left behind attracts dirt and causes your carpets to get dirty much faster.
Region Chem-Dry’s process is very different. We use a carbonated cleaning solution called The Natural® that employs millions of microscopic bubbles to explode dirt from deep in your carpet fibers. The use of carbonation allows us to use a fraction of the water that steam cleaners require. After the carbonation releases and lifts the dirt, our high powered equipment agitates and extracts the dirt and moisture from the carpet. No sticky residue, no excessive moisture – just clean, healthy carpet and quick dry times.
Will my carpets re-soil quickly after the cleaning is finished?
Not with Chem-Dry. Many carpet cleaners, including steam cleaners, use soaps and detergents in their process. This often leaves behind a sticky residue on your carpets that attracts dirt, leads to carpets re-soiling quickly after being cleaned and often requires more frequent professional cleanings. As mentioned above, at Region Chem-Dry, we use a natural, biodegradable carpet and upholstery cleaning solution that doesn’t contain any soaps, detergents or harsh chemicals, so it won’t leave any sticky or dirt-attracting residue.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry completely?
Drying time depends on humidity levels, airflow to the room(s) cleaned, and the type of carpet in your home. In general, turning on your air conditioning or fans will help accelerate dry times. After a professional cleaning, it typically takes 1-2 hours for the carpet to dry. Sometimes carpets can take longer to dry for various reasons.
